TELUS Digital is seeking a Senior Director, Client Accounts to lead a high-performing team serving marquee technology firms. You will set strategic direction, own key client relationships, and guide executive engagements across data, AI, and delivery programs.

You will partner with delivery and solutions architecture to craft credible proposals, manage renewals, and drive growth while shaping the AI data solutions roadmap for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of F500 client account management experience.
• Proven leadership of commercial teams and multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience directing executive-level client reviews and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Account Partners focused on top technology firms.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with AI, data science, product, and operations leaders.
• Drive retention, expansion, and new workstreams within named accounts; surface client insights for delivery and product priorities.
