TELUS Digital is seeking a Senior Director, Client Accounts to lead a high-performing team of Partner accounts focused on top technology firms. You will blend hands-on client leadership with strategic direction across AI data solutions and governance.

In this role you will shape engagement strategies, deepen executive relationships, and drive retention and growth across a defined portfolio, leveraging TELUS Digital's Generative AI data capabilities and global delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in F500 client account management.
• 3+ years in Commercial people leadership.
• Proven ability to grow strategic accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading executive engagements and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Account Partners across marquee accounts.
• Drive retention, expansion, and net-new revenue with strategic account plans.
• Engage C-suite clients and translate AI data needs into proven solutions.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Solutions Architecture, and Finance for seamless outcomes.
