Job summary

TELUS Digital seeks a Senior Director, Client Accounts to lead a high-performing team serving influential technology firms. You will drive strategy, executive engagement, and revenue growth while deepening client relationships across AI data solutions.

You will combine technical fluency with a client-first mindset, guiding data labeling, collection, and validation programs and shaping proposals with Solutions Architecture and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of F500 client account management and account building experience.
• 3+ years in a Commercial people leadership role overseeing account teams.
• Experience leading executive-level engagements, business reviews, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Account Partners focused on top technology firms.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with AI, data science, product, and operations leaders.
• Lead executive reviews and strategic planning aligning TELUS Digital's capabilities to client AI roadmaps.
• Drive retention, expansion, and new workstreams within named accounts.
