Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Client Success Director for our Microsoft client account. You will own commercial strategy to drive net-new revenue, expand across Azure AI, Copilot, and related data services, and translate complex data requirements into compelling, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience, with a track record of new business development and white space conversion.
• Experience selling to or within Microsoft is strongly preferred; familiarity with Microsoft’s organizational structure is advantageous.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Collection, Annotation, and/or Validation services, or adjacent AI/ML data services.
• Proven ability to develop and pitch custom solutions and prototype concepts that resonate with new buyers in discovery.
• Deep familiarity with data workflows and quality frameworks across modalities, including text, image, video, audio, and sensor data.
• Comfort discussing generative AI, agentic AI pipelines, and responsible AI principles with technical and business audiences.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills at Director/VP level within a large organization.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively map Microsoft to identify untapped business units and AI initiatives across Azure AI and Copilot.
• Develop outreach and pipeline strategies to penetrate new Microsoft buying centers.
• Design and pitch custom solution concepts and prototype projects addressing data challenges.
• Convert conversations into pilots and engagements to showcase rapid value.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of Microsoft logo opportunities with clear stages and close plans.
