Job summary

Han’s Laser seeks a senior business development leader to build its AI data center liquid cooling footprint in North America. You will shape go-to-market strategy, cultivate strategic accounts, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and global supply-chain teams to drive revenue and market presence.

You will work directly with senior leadership, define certification and delivery plans, and accelerate PoCs, vendor qualification, and partnerships across the US and Asia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business development, strategic accounts, or technical sales experience in data center infrastructure or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop strategic accounts and convert engagements into PoCs, vendor qualification, design-ins, partnerships, or revenue.
• Experience engaging hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, server OEMs/ODMs, data center operators, or related ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI data center liquid cooling products.
• Build strategic relationships with hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, chip companies, server OEMs/ODMs, colocation providers, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Translate market needs into actionable product, certification, service, and delivery plans.
• Manage the full commercial cycle from engagement to contract closure, including RFQs and proposals.
• Drive adoption of cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, rack-level cooling components, and integrated solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and executive leadership across the US and Asia.
• Build a credible pipeline with account priorities, decision makers, and revenue potential.
• Establish partnerships with technology providers, integrators, distributors, and local service organizations.
