HP is seeking a senior leader to define market opportunities and growth strategies at the intersection of semiconductors, liquid cooling, and data center technologies. The role focuses on ecosystem development, partnerships with hyperscalers and server OEMs, and translating insights into product and portfolio strategies.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, communicate with executive leadership, and represent HP in external engagements related to AI infrastructure cooling.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business development, product strategy, or related fields.
• Strong data center, AI, semiconductors, or liquid cooling knowledge.
• Proven ability to bring new technologies to market and grow businesses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior teams.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align organizations.
• Passion for data centers and liquid cooling technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define market opportunities, customer segments, business models and growth strategy.
• Monitor trends across AI infrastructure and ecosystems.
• Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with semis, hyperscalers, OEMs, and cooling providers.
• Translate customer requirements into product and portfolio recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, finance, operations, and legal.
• Represent HP externally to customers, partners, analysts.
• Shape HP's long-term position in AI infrastructure cooling.
