SA Technologies Inc. in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Leader to guide next-gen data center cooling solutions for AI HPC.

You will own strategy, requirements, and roadmaps, working with engineering on thermal architecture, heat transfer, and reliability. You will engage with customers and partners to shape differentiating products.

This is a hands-on leadership role with direct oversight of multi-program initiatives, reporting to Sr VP and GM.

Formación

• Senior-level experience in technical product management and thermal engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer and coolant flow in data centers.
• Experience with direct-to-chip cooling and rack-level thermal integration.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and development priorities for data center cooling.
• Collaborate with engineering on thermal architecture and performance.
• Evaluate cooling architectures including direct-to-chip, CDUs, and cold plates.
• Translate customer requirements into specifications and priorities.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, BD, and executives.
• Lead technical discussions with hyperscalers and OEMs.
