HP is seeking a Director to shape the future of AI infrastructure through data center cooling strategy and strategic partnerships. You will define markets, business models, and growth opportunities at the intersection of semiconductors, liquid cooling, and hyperscale computing.

The role blends strategy, ecosystem development, and business creation with cross‑functional leadership and external engagement with customers and partners. Strong communication and executive influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business development, product strategy or related fields.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, AI systems, semiconductors, liquid cooling.
• Proven track record in bringing new tech to market and growing business.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience with hyperscalers, semiconductor firms, or cooling tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategy and Business Opportunities: define market opportunities, customer segments, and growth strategy.
• Build Strategic Partnerships with semiconductor companies, hyperscale providers, OEMs, and cooling solution providers.
• Drive Product and Market strategy by translating requirements into portfolio recommendations.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution across engineering, finance, operations, and legal.
• Represent HP externally to customers, partners, analysts, and industry leaders.
