Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent plus 8+ years in leadership roles is preferred.
- Experience with AI/SaaS and large complex customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of AI workforce solution specialists and drive measurable customer value.
- Serve as executive sponsor and align stakeholders toward outcomes.
- Translate priorities into a qualified pipeline and measurable business results.
- Build strategic relationships with large customers and Global System Integrators.
- Scale repeatable practices across the organization.
