Job summary

Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) seeks a Microsoft-specialized Agentic AI Senior Manager to lead origination, pre-sales solutioning, and delivery strategy across high-impact opportunities. You will shape deals, provide senior technical guidance, and influence governance and operating models to ensure client success.

In this role you will drive deal shaping, executive storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration with Accenture, Avanade, and Microsoft.

Qualifications

• Commercially-driven sales and delivery experience in AI/ML projects.
• Ability to shape solution architecture and governance models.
• Experience with Microsoft AI platforms and Copilot family.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and pre-sales solutioning for agentic AI opportunities.
• Provide senior guidance on solution direction, architecture, and risk to client programs.
• Advise on governance, operating models, COE structure, and responsible AI posture.
• Define solution scope, staffing, and delivery approach in the SOW with confidence.
• Craft executive narratives and facilitate workshops to secure sponsorship.
• Collaborate across Accenture, Avanade, and Microsoft for co-innovation and delivery.
