Prudential Wealth Advisors is seeking an Associate Managing Director to lead advisor growth, development, and retention. You will partner with the Managing Director to attract experienced advisors, support transitions, and drive long-term productivity across the wealth management practice.

You will coach teams, leverage market insights, and influence hiring decisions while shaping the growth strategy of Prudential Advisors. This role offers leadership opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Significant experience in wealth management, advisor leadership, or advisor recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting and attracting experienced financial advisors.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, and advisor practice management.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with advisors and partners.
• Analytical, communicational and coaching capabilities.
• Experience leveraging data and market insights to drive results.
• Strong execution, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Advisor Growth & Acquisition: recruit experienced advisors and teams; build relationships and evaluate joining Prudential Advisors.
• Advisor Development and Coaching: provide leadership and coaching to improve advisors' practices and productivity.
• Advisor Onboarding and Retention: assist transitions, onboarding, engagement, and early productivity milestones.
• Strategic Leadership: partner with MD to execute priorities and use market insights to guide decisions.
• Wealth Management Leadership: discuss wealth management concepts, advisement models, and practice growth strategies.
