Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management or advisor recruiting.
• Established and verifiable network of third-party organizations influencing advisor affiliations.
• Track record of generating experienced advisor recruiting opportunities through external partnerships and referrals.
• Experience with vendor negotiation and securing strategic relationships that impact business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with third-party organizations that influence advisor affiliation decisions.
• Drive advisor growth by generating qualified opportunities across key recruiting segments.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and maintain governance and risk controls.
• Act as liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities.
