Prudential Wealth Advisors in Cranberry Township, PA seeks an Associate Managing Director to lead growth, development, and retention of experienced financial advisors. This leadership role partners with the Managing Director to attract top talent, coach advisors, and drive successful transitions into Prudential Advisors.

You will work with recruiter partners to identify high-potential teams, influence decision-making, and help build scalable practices while aligning with firm growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, advisor development, or advisor recruiting is required.
• Proven success recruiting and attracting experienced financial advisors.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, advisory platforms, and advisor practice management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with advisors, candidates, and business partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to leverage data and market insights to drive business results.
• Strong execution, organization, and follow-through capabilities.
• Series 6 and 65 registrations & Life/Health license.
• Series 7 and 66 registrations (preferred).
• Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Advisor Growth & Acquisition: drive growth by recruiting experienced advisors and teams.
• Advisor Development and Coaching: provide leadership, coaching, and business consulting to advisors.
• Advisor Onboarding and Retention: assist transitions and retention across onboarding and wealth teams.
• Strategic Leadership: partner with MD to execute priorities and growth initiatives.
• Wealth Management Leadership: advise on wealth management, planning, investments, and practice growth.
