Prudential Wealth Advisors is seeking an Associate Managing Director to lead advisor growth, development, and retention. You will partner with recruiting professionals to attract experienced advisors and help transitions, leveraging wealth management expertise to drive practice growth.

As a member of the leadership team, you will coach advisors, shape strategic initiatives, and collaborate across onboarding, operations, and wealth management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, advisor development, or advisor recruiting is required.
• Proven success recruiting and attracting experienced financial advisors.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, advisory platforms, and advisor practice management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with advisors, candidates, and business partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to leverage data and market insights to drive business results.
• Strong execution, organization, and follow‑through capabilities.
• Series 6 and 65 registrations & Life/Health insurance license.
• Series 7 and 66 registrations (preferred)
• Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor growth and acquisition efforts with recruiting partners.
• Develop and coach advisors to strengthen practices and drive productivity.
• Oversee onboarding and retention of affiliated advisors and teams.
