Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking an Associate Managing Director (AMD) to join our Wealth Advisors leadership team in the United States.

You will lead experienced advisor growth, development, and transitions, working with cross-functional teams to build stronger advisory practices. In this role, you will recruit, coach, and consult on wealth management strategies, leverage market insights, and drive engagement and retention across advisor teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, advisor development, or advisor recruiting is required.
• Proven success recruiting and attracting experienced financial advisors.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, advisory platforms, and advisor practice management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with advisors, candidates, and business partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to leverage data and market insights to drive business results.
• Strong execution, organization, and follow-through capabilities.
• Series 6 and 65 registrations & Life/Health insurance license.
• Series 7 and 66 registrations (preferred)
• Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU (preferred)

• Advisor Onboarding and Retention - The AMD helps advisors navigate transitions, accelerate asset movement, and achieve productivity milestones.
• Strategic Leadership - The AMD partners with the Managing Director to execute business priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Wealth Management Leadership - The AMD applies wealth management expertise to advisor growth, retention, and business success.
