Job summary

Prudential Wealth Advisors is seeking an Associate Managing Director to lead and accelerate the growth of experienced financial advisors. You will recruit, coach, and develop advisors while guiding transitions and onboarding, partnering with the Managing Director on strategic initiatives.

You will apply wealth management knowledge to maximize advisor productivity, retention, and client outcomes, helping build a scalable, high-performing advisory practice within Prudential Advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, advisor development, or advisor recruiting is required.
• Proven success recruiting and attracting experienced financial advisors.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, advisory platforms, and advisor practice management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with advisors, candidates, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Advisor Growth & Acquisition: drive growth by recruiting experienced advisors and teams and guiding decisions during due diligence.
• Advisor Development and Coaching: provide leadership, coaching, and business consulting to strengthen advisor practices and productivity.
• Advisor Onboarding and Retention: guide transitions, onboarding, and retention across onboarding, operations, supervision, and wealth management teams.
• Strategic Leadership: partner with the Managing Director to execute priorities and use market insights to inform decisions.
• Wealth Management Leadership: leverage wealth management expertise to advance advisor growth and firm capabilities.
