Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Significant experience in wealth management, advisor development, or advisor recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting and attracting experienced financial advisors.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, and advisor practice management.

• Lead advisor growth and acquisition in collaboration with recruiting professionals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and business consulting to advisors on planning, investments, and practice growth.
• Oversee onboarding and retention of newly affiliated advisors, guiding transitions and asset movement.
• Partner with the Managing Director to execute strategic initiatives using market insights and performance data.
