Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• PhD strongly preferred for advanced ML/quant research.
• 7+ years of experience developing statistical or ML models in financial services or credit.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year modeling roadmap for credit risk acquisition and portfolio management.
• Independently design and develop advanced ML models for credit card acquisition, underwriting, and account management.
• Lead end-to-end model development from problem definition to production deployment.
• Communicate modeling strategy and results to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Establish training/validation/out-of-time testing strategies and monitoring frameworks.
• Stay current with advances in ML, credit-risk analytics, and regulatory expectations.
