Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years in statistical/ML model development.
• Experience with credit risk modeling or consumer lending preferred.
• Proficient in Python/R and SQL.
• Experience with model explainability techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ML model development for credit card acquisition and risk.
• Develop multi-year modeling roadmap and communicate with senior leaders.
• Implement monitoring and recalibration of models over time.
• Drive research into new ML techniques for credit risk.
