First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Sr. Director, Advanced Data Scientist to lead the credit-risk ML strategy and model development in the Partnership Division. You will own multi-year roadmaps, guide stakeholders, and drive high-impact analytics for credit decisioning and portfolio management.

You will design and productionize state-of-the-art ML models, supervise model risk controls, and collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver measurable business value at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in statistics, data science, CS or quantitative field.
• 7+ years building statistical or ML credit models.
• Strong programming in Python and/or R; solid SQL skills.
• Experience with credit-risk, underwriting metrics, and governance.
