The role requires 15+ years of leadership in integrations, with 5+ years in M&A integration, and a BA/BS plus MBA preferred. Location: College Park, MD; hybrid/remote options available in the US.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 5+ years in M&A integration or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record leading complex integrations end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
