• Experience leading Managers/Senior Managers, with accountability for a growing revenue function.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition, including multiple-element arrangements and long-term builds.
• Proven track record scaling a revenue function and integrating acquired companies.
• Ability to advise Sales, Legal, and Finance leadership and translate complex standards into guidance.
• Cost-to-cost modeling and project-level data analysis for revenue forecasting and recognition.

Requirements

• 13+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including several years operating at the Director or Senior Director level owning a revenue or technical accounting function within a publicly traded technology, aerospace/defense, or hardware manufacturing company.
• Proven experience leading a team of Managers and/or Senior Managers, with accountability for a growing, multi-person revenue function.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multiple element arrangements, point-in-time and over-time revenue recognition criteria, and cost-to-cost input models for long-term builds.
• Track record scaling a revenue function, including integration of acquired companies and automation of manual revenue processes.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence Sales, Legal, and Finance leadership, translating complex accounting standards into actionable business guidance.
• Proficiency in cost-to-cost modeling and project-level data analysis to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and recognition across a growing portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license required. MBA or advanced degree an advantage.
• Prior Director-level or above experience at a top semiconductor or computing component company or Tier 1 government contractor (e.g., Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Leidos, etc.).
