Essential qualifications include over 15 years of experience in M&A integration, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a BA/BS degree. This position operates in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in M&A integration, operational leadership, or management consulting.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology companies.
• Strong financial acumen with KPI tracking experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define integration strategies aligned to corporate growth objectives.
• Lead Integration Steering Committees and provide strategic recommendations.
• Track and measure synergy progress through dashboards.
