Job summary

Subway seeks a Senior Director, Third-Party Delivery & Off-Premises Growth to lead strategy, growth and performance of the 3PD business in North America and influence global regions. This leader will strengthen partnerships with DoorDash, Uber Eats and others, translating strategy into restaurant-level execution.

You will partner with franchisees, Operations, Analytics and Finance to drive KPIs, ROI and profitability, while balancing guest experience, economics and long-term channel health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years hands-on 3PD experience building or operating a scaled 3PD business.
• Experience in a restaurant/QSR or delivery marketplace preferred.
• Strong understanding of major platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats.
• Experience engaging with franchisees or distributed operators.
• Operational and analytical excellence with scale.
• Experience managing external partners and complex relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA 3PD strategy, growth and operations with annual and multi-year plans.
• Grow 3PD sales balancing demand, platform economics and profitability.
• Manage relationships with major delivery partners (DoorDash, Uber Eats).
• Translate 3PD strategy into restaurant-level execution across Subway’s system.
• Partner with franchisees to drive adoption and address challenges.
• Improve onboarding, platform execution and technology integrations.
• Develop KPIs and reporting with Analytics and Finance.
• Evaluate promotions and ROI to drive sustainable incremental demand.
• Collaborate across Operations, Technology, Marketing, Finance and Legal.
• Identify new 3PD opportunities to expand reach and economics.
