Subway is seeking a Senior Director, Third-Party Delivery & Off-Premises Growth to lead the strategy, growth and operational performance of Subway’s third-party delivery (3PD) business across North America while influencing key regions globally. The role focuses on strengthening partnerships with major delivery marketplaces, translating platform strategy into restaurant-level execution and growing franchise economics for sustainable profitability.

Cross-functional leadership needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years direct experience in third-party delivery (3PD).
• Experience with a major restaurant/QSR organization or delivery platform preferred.
• Strong understanding of 3PD platforms and franchise dynamics.
• Ability to engage and influence franchisees and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, growth and operational performance of Subway’s North America 3PD.
• Identify opportunities to grow 3PD sales while balancing profitability and ROI.
• Manage relationships with major delivery partners (DoorDash, Uber Eats).
• Translate 3PD strategy into restaurant-level execution across a large franchise system.
• Partner with franchisees and Operations to drive adoption and performance.
• Improve onboarding, platform execution and technology integrations.
• Develop KPIs, reporting cadences and insights to drive growth.
