Job summary

BuzzCo is seeking a Manager, Third-Party Delivery to extend menu reach through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, EZ Cater, and other partners. You will own the marketplace and catering presence, ensuring the client’s brand is easy to order from and consistently delivers great guest experiences.

You will collaborate across teams to blend operations, digital commerce, and guest-centric thinking, while leading cross-functional initiatives to optimize performance on delivery and catering channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing digital marketplaces, delivery platforms, or catering.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing cross-functional and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary contact for DSPs and catering providers.
• Maintain accurate menus, pricing, hours, and availability across off-premise channels.
• Lead testing and rollout of new platform features, integrations, and partnerships.
