Job summary

Subway is seeking a Senior Director, Global Off‑Premises, to lead and scale off‑premises channels in North America while influencing regions globally. You will shape strategy, drive growth across digital ordering, catering, and 3PD through cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

You will partner with operations, technology, marketing and analytics to set plans, track KPIs, and deliver year‑over‑year sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of management experience in off-premises, digital or hospitality sectors.
• Strong executive influence and ability to build business cases for leadership.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Track record of leading off-premises or digital teams in high growth environments.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and insights capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow off-premises channels including 3PD, app/web, and catering.
• Develop strategy, roadmap, and plans to hit sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, marketing, and external partners.
• Define KPIs with Analytics and establish reporting cadences.
• Oversee new digital ordering initiatives and partnerships.
• Drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction.
• Own NA Off-Premises growth strategy and coordinate with global regions.
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing team.
