Pizza Hut is seeking a Sr. Director, 3P Marketplace & Delivery Growth in Plano, TX, to lead the commercial growth of the third-party marketplace and delivery partnerships.

This role is the business leader for expanding aggregator partnerships, optimizing economics, and strengthening Pizza Hut's 1P Delivery value. The leader will set strategy, allocate investments, manage senior partnerships, and drive integrated growth across marketplace, economics, and delivery performance.

Formación

• Strong commercial GM orientation with revenue and P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce, marketplaces, digital merchandising and customer funnels.
• Strong financial acumen to evaluate economics and allocate investment.
• Identify customer and occasion growth opportunities and translate into strategies.
• Analytical orientation with fluency in incrementality, ROI, experimentation.
• Proven ability to negotiate with external partners and drive outcomes.
• Cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, and more.
• Experience operating in a franchise system or matrixed environment.

• Executive communication to translate performance into clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the 3P (third-party) business strategy and multi-year plan for Pizza Hut US.
• Lead growth across marketplace partners, customers, occasions, and levers.
• Manage integrated P&L, forecast, and investment with discipline.
• Partner with Finance/Analytics to establish economics and incrementality.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial team overseeing the three core capabilities.
• Drive strategic partnerships with DoorDash, Uber Eats and others to unlock value.
