Job summary
Subway is seeking a Senior Director, Global Off‑Premises to lead and grow off‑premises channels in North America and influence global regions. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of management experience in off-premises, digital or marketing.
- Strong business, financial and technology acumen.
- Experience leading off-premises or digital teams in a high growth environment with a major consumer brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow off-premises channels in North America and influence global regions.
- Develop strategy, roadmap and plans to drive growth across digital ordering (3PD, app/web, catering).
- Oversee annual and multi-year sales plans and partnerships with operations, technology, marketing, and third parties.
- Partner with Analytics to set KPIs and reporting cadences for performance and improvements.
- Own new digital ordering initiatives including prioritization and commercial oversight.
