Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Comcast may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
• 5-7 Years of relevant work experience.

• Works with Region and Division partners to support sales results in direct channels by deploying defined programs and sharing best practices.
• Manages teams and metrics and develops/distributes reports as directed.
• Ensures Supervisors and Representatives are trained in accordance with learning plans including classroom, coaching, simulations, eLearning modules and others.
• Ascertains Supervisors and Representatives are knowledgeable on Comcast product offerings, branding messages and current offers/promotions.
• Validates reporting of sales, installs numbers and other metrics weekly.
• Works with IT and other departments to ensure appropriate sales routing and assignments are distributed and reported.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas via coaching and performance management.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
