Clearwave Fiber is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Direct Sales to oversee the Residential Sales Executive team in Panama City Beach, FL.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and drive growth, coaching a diverse group to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key focus areas include recruiting, performance management, and field leadership, with about 60% in the field and 40% on strategic planning, reporting, and administration to ensure timely commissions and strong

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for Residential Sales Executives.
• Supervise, train, and coach the Residential Sales Executives (RSEs).
• Deliver performance reports and metrics to sales leadership.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new sales talent.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage improvement plans.
• Oversee territory assignments and commission payments.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations for success.
• Spend approximately 60% in the field and 40% on planning and administration.
