Serving Seniors seeks a Site Operations Lead to provide elevated operational and administrative support to the Customer Service Manager while guiding Site Coordinators across multiple dining sites. The role emphasizes a superior client experience, brand consistency, and proactive issue resolution.

The Lead will mentor peers, help identify new sites, track meal counts, and ensure day-to-day workflows align with program goals. This on-site position requires strong communication and data management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred.
• Experience as a Site Coordinator or similar role preferred.
• Experience working with older adults and in congregate meal settings preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Responsabilités

• Serve as peer leader and point of contact for Site Coordinators.
• Mentor Site Coordinators and provide daily guidance.
• Manage site coverage and assist with launching new sites.
• Track daily and monthly meal counts and maintain rosters.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality dining experiences across sites.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events.
• Maintain communication with the Customer Service Manager and central team.
