Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a senior leadership role overseeing the Resident Dining operations, including the 1855 Dining Room, Dining Café, and C-Store, to drive top-tier client experience and outcomes across resident and guest services.

You will lead a complex, unionized dining operation, focusing on safety, food quality, and operational performance while shaping a high-performing team and advancing service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service management with emphasis on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.
• Familiarity with automated inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience supporting quality outcomes and service excellence in patient or customer-facing operations.
• Proven success training, coaching, and engaging employees to support compliance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-functional food service operations to meet client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead daily operations, manage staff, and deploy resources with accountability.
