Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dining Services Department Manager to lead the dining team at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high food quality, safety, and compliance with menus and regulations while managing inventory and records.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, and hands-on coverage, with benefits and ongoing training opportunities offered by HCSG.

Qualifications

• CDM or DSS credential or 4-year degree in Nutrition/Dietetics required.
• Associate’s degree in food service management or hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within 14 days of employment.
• Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) and LTC-FSM within 60 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the food service program for a single site to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Conduct staff training and quality control; cover roles as needed (dietary aide, cook, dishwasher).
• Communicate directives from client managers and administrators to staff effectively.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning products and equipment maintenance; report issues promptly.
