Southern Foodservice Management, Inc. seeks a Dining Services Manager to lead daily operations of a large, high-volume dining facility. You will oversee food production, service, and a diverse customer base, ensuring safety, sanitation, and exceptional guest experience.

You will manage ~130 hourly employees and multiple managers, partner with the Executive Chef, drive cost control, and uphold HACCP, FDA guidelines, and company standards in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule required.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of foodservice management experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience within institutional foodservice or a high-volume environment.
Experience managing a large dining facility and teams.

Mansioni

Direct the daily activities and overall operation of an assigned dining facility.
Ensure breakfast, lunch, and dinner services meet quality and service standards.
Provide leadership for approximately 130 hourly employees and Assistant Managers.
Recruit, interview, train, schedule, coach, and develop staff.
Develop leadership skills of Supervisors and frontline staff.
Monitor labor, food production, supplies, and costs to meet financial goals.
Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and facility appearance.
Partner with Executive Chef on production, menu execution, and service standards.
Attend weekly management meetings and communicate operational needs.
