Unidine, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to lead the resident dining program and achieve excellence in hospitality for our community clients. You will drive strategy, oversee food and beverage operations, and partner with campus leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage financial performance, develop teams, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and strive for award-winning service.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality and cost control.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Excellent financial, budgeting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Own on-site leadership and drive service behaviors across the team.
• Conduct daily operations reviews to ensure health, safety and quality standards.
• Lead pre-meal briefings and staff meetings to ensure clear communication.
• Oversee budget development and manage wages, food and beverage costs.
