Job summary

Unidine, a leading hospitality food service group and member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to oversee daily operations for a production dining account, lead a team of associates, and maintain exceptional client relationships. You will work with the chef and management to deliver top-quality menus, manage budgeting, and roll out culinary programs across sites.

You will influence dining operations across multiple locations, ensuring program execution aligns with client

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel & Outlook).
• High-volume production and catering experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a PRODUCTION dining account.
• Manage and lead a team of associates.
• Manage client relations and ensure superior quality of food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
