Unidine, a nationwide hospitality food service leader, seeks a Senior Director of Dining Services in Chicago to drive strategic food and beverage operations for residents and clients. You will ensure high-quality service, meet budget goals, and lead a motivated team.

You will oversee dining strategies, cost controls, and service excellence while fostering a positive work environment and strong client relationships across communities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services/Management or related field.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food, catering trends, cost controls, and presentation.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with client business strategy.
• Own on-site leadership and ensure service excellence and financial performance.
• Manage Wages, food & beverage cost, and controllable expenses to meet budget.
