Job summary

Unidine is seeking a Dining Services Director in Plymouth, MN to lead the community’s food and beverage operation, ensuring resident and client satisfaction while meeting financial goals and fostering a positive work environment.

You will oversee departmental strategies, implement service initiatives, and be the face of the company, driving best-in-class hospitality for residents and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with client business strategy.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership and hold on-site team accountable for service results.
• Oversee compliance with health regulations and Compass standards.
• Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Manage Wages, food & beverage costs, and other controllable expenses.
