Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle food service in upscale dining; 2+ years supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage front-of-house dining staff.

• Train dining room staff and prepare weekly schedules.
• Maintain inventory and budget controls.
• Oversee events, seating, and special menus for residents.
