Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in hospitality or dining management.
• 3–5 years’ experience in dining management or related field.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, with high integrity and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with facility policies and practices.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs; maintains relationships with client and customer.
• Ensures client and customer satisfaction and efficient cost-effective management.
• Promotes the professional growth and development of all associates.
• Coordinates the tasks of the Supervisory and Management team via regular communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
