Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Atlanta, GA seeks a Dining Services Manager to oversee daily dining operations across the community, ensuring policy compliance and exceptional resident experience.

You will manage purchasing, budgets, staffing, and sanitation, while upholding health and safety standards and local regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and a Serv Safe certification are required; prior management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food service experience required.
• Serv Safe or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to manage budgets and purchasing.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining services operations and policy compliance.
• Manage purchasing of food and nonfood items; ensure 95% DSSI compliance.
• Balance budgets for raw food and supplies.
• Ensure food is served safely and in proper portions.
• Supervise staff; schedule, hire, discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation through monthly audits.
