Job summary

Unidine is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations across multiple dining venues in Atlanta, delivering exceptional guest experiences through leadership and service excellence.

You will oversee restaurant operations, support culinary teams, and drive continuous improvement in food quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. 2 years in food service management and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or multi-unit management.
• Wait staff and catering experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends, cost controls, and presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Coaches and develop front-of-house team members.
• Engages with residents to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Leads daily dining room operations with a high-end hospitality focus.
• Supports budgeting and P&L considerations for the account.
• Collaborates with Chef and management to create menus and ensure quality.
