Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with customer needs. You will own the end-to-end technical relationship and guide strategic pre-sales activities, including demos, workshops, and RFP responses.

You will collaborate across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Engineering to drive customer outcomes, expand account value, and influence product direction through customer insights.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/app management.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging demos and presentations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships and own the end-to-end technical relationship.
• Lead technical pre-sales efforts including demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive outcomes.
• Present the Digital Workspace value proposition at industry events and customer meetings.
