Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Tech Lead for the Digital & Web Ops Global Capability, delivering compliant digital experiences across web, CRM, and patient apps. You will lead architecture, guide teams, and partner with security and vendor groups to uphold standards and regulatory compliance.

You will translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, drive agile ceremonies, and ensure scalable delivery for a global audience while supporting a remote-first operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in customer engagement, KOL management, event/congress ops, patient advocacy, or related domains in pharma.
• 4+ years of experience as Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as web CMS, digital channel enablement tools, engagement platforms, and patient-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital & Web Ops capability with technical leadership.
• Design scalable, compliant digital engagement architectures across web, CRM, and patient apps.
• Translate executive requirements into scalable, well-governed technology solutions with roadmaps and prioritization.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure standards, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide development teams to build and deliver capabilities end-to-end.
