Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Tech Lead for the Digital & Web Ops Global Capability team to design, build, and deliver scalable digital engagement solutions across web, CRM, and patient apps. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in customer engagement, digital platforms, or pharma-facing technologies.
• 4+ years in Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar roles with team leadership.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms (web CMS, digital channel tools, engagement platforms, and patient-facing apps).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, compliant digital engagement solutions across web, CRM, and patient applications.
• Lead the technical team to deliver, including Drupal Web CMS, SEO/SEM tools, and engagement platforms.
• Translate requirements into well-defined work for development teams and lead agile ceremonies.
