Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Global Capability Owner for Digital & Web Ops. You will lead strategy, governance, and delivery across web CMS, engagement platforms, and patient apps to drive personalized experiences and enterprise value.

You will partner with stakeholders, tech teams, and activation leaders to define roadmaps, measure outcomes, and ensure compliant, scalable capabilities that support omnichannel customer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience in digital product management, product ownership, or managing a product roadmap within a cross‑functional team.

Responsibilities

Define capability vision and outcomes aligned to global priorities with key stakeholders.
Own Digital & Web Ops roadmap and prioritize value delivery based on user feedback.
Translate business needs into measurable capability solutions with success metrics.
Collaborate with Tech Lead to align priorities with feasible delivery sequencing.
