Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Commercial Data Management Tech Lead to shape and deliver scalable data architectures for our global data products. You will work with Product Owner, architects, and vendor partners to translate strategy into executable plans and ensure data quality and governance.

You will mentor engineers, lead Agile ceremonies, and drive cross-functional collaboration across security, compliance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Extensive experience leading data engineering and data platform initiatives.
• Proven track record as a Tech Lead or equivalent with hands-on delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions with the Product Owner, providing technical insight into capabilities and tradeoffs.
• Translate roadmaps into scalable, compliant architectures and executable plans.
• Lead the technical team and drive work plans for data products and pipelines.
• Translate requirements into technical work, lead Agile ceremonies, and ensure disciplined execution.
• Ensure data governance, quality controls, and monitoring frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with vendor partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
