Job summary

Guild is seeking a Sr. Digital and Web Marketing Manager to lead our corporate website and paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels. You will own Guild.com, run day-to-day CMS edits in Storyblok, and optimize conversion through testing and analytics.

The role emphasizes high-execution, collaboration with design and content teams, and a data-driven approach to pipeline impact. Remote work options are available across the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing with hands-on web management and paid media.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads—direct or via agency.
• Comfortable front-end edits in HTML/CSS and implementing scripts via tag manager.
• Experience with CMS platforms (headless CMS preferred) and content workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to build reports and drive optimization decisions.
• Excellent project management and detail orientation; multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own Guild.com web management and oversee web builds across units.
• Execute day-to-day site operations, publish content, and edit in Storyblok CMS.
• Research and deploy new web tools to improve conversion and personalization.
• Define and execute SEO/AEO strategies and manage vendor relationships.
• Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, and with external agency.
• Lead ABM and targeted ads with creative and content teams, and optimize for ROI.
• Drive conversion through A/B tests, heatmaps, and analytics to increase demo requests.
