Job summary

EmblemHealth seeks a skilled digital reputation leader to manage and enhance its online footprint across review platforms, search engines, local listings, and AI-driven experiences. You will steward governance, content recommendations, and cross-functional alignment with CX, Communications, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic roadmap planning for brand authority and discoverability across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of digital marketing, digital strategy, SEO, local search, reputation management, content strategy, or brand management.
• Experience managing online reviews and digital reputation across platforms (Google Business Profile, Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).
• Experience managing local listings and location-based digital platforms, including Google Business Profile.
• Experience developing governance models, workflows, and standards for cross-functional teams.
• Experience partnering with content creators, marketers, UX teams, and stakeholders to improve digital experiences and discoverability.
• Strong ability to analyze customer feedback, performance data, search behavior, and market intelligence to drive actionable improvements.
• Experience collaborating across Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive the digital reputation management strategy across platforms and monitoring.
• Develop governance, workflows, and escalation procedures for online review management.
• Serve as the primary contact for digital presence platforms ensuring accurate brand information across listings and local search.
• Enhance the digital footprint on authoritative third-party platforms (Wikipedia, Wikidata, Crunchbase, Knowledge Panels).
• Partner with Creative, UX, Marketing, Brand, and Communications to identify content opportunities and optimization strategies for better discoverability.
• Monitor trends in search and AI-enabled discovery to strengthen brand visibility and authority.
• Develop executive-facing dashboards and performance reports on brand reputation and digital authority.
